CG vs. LE: Chaotic Good is Victorious!

OOC: Jibba could have moved east and then south and then west to end up at 85n95e for the tail slap and avoiding an AoO. As it is, he's within bite range and a single 5ft-step full attack which is probably not the intent.

ugulu: [sblock] I kind of agree. You should at least know how strong your breath is. Does the Draconomicon say whether dragons know if their opponents make the save? I don't think so, so you'd get the max. [/sblock]

OOC: Yes, that is true, but Jibba moved to 85N90E, so he could not avoid the AoO with the move as written.

However, given what Ugulu wrote in the spoiler block, Jibba is at 85N95E, and successfully tail slapped Livox. Livox did not get an AoO, so Jibba is at 120 HP.

Sorry about going by the letter rather than the intent of the posted move. I guess I was Lawful Neutral for too long. :)

Infiniti, I beat you to the punch on Ugulu's question. :)

OK, EH, everything is how it was supposed to be. It is your move.

I may would not have commented otherwise. :p

Keep in mind that ugulu's brain is affected by the frigid cold that you, Gansk, and I will never see (again). Greybar and Evilhalfling, otoh...the fools.

well it is 40 here ;) coldest so far this winter. The adjusted move is much better positioning.
Livox will step backward to 85n60e and apply more warmth. Hoping this time to help his cold/damp opponent to feel more comfortable.

Here it is 49 degrees, but that is at night. We are coming close to turning on the heat for the first time in two years. During the day it is about 65.

Jibba does not even appear to make an attempt to dodge (natural 1 Ref save) and takes 31 points of fire damage. Jibba has 89 HP and is totally dry, just the way he likes it.

Livox[sblock]You can use breath weapon next round.[/sblock]

OOC: Honestly, even the sleet this morning does not bother me. I have no concept of how you can stay sane when they have an annual "where did my roof land" parade after hurricane season. It almost makes shoveling a fun hobby by comparison. It's like the druids are worn out by the time they turn their attention to us - once they've moved west-to-east down south (earthquakes, tornados, floods, hurricanes) all they have left is the occasional blizzard - it's like they've given up.

JJ will cross his foreclaws and unleash another breath with high hopes that it will makes a big dent.

OOC: The hurricanes are not an annual thing. This year, there were zero hurricanes that touched the United States mainland. My wife was a little disappointed at that because one of them was due to have her name. The last earthquake I felt was fifteen years ago. I am guessing that it is bitterly cold every year in Ottawa. :D

Round 379

The electricity has no apparent effect.

Livox[sblock]You do not dodge the blast (24 Ref save). You have 22 points of protection remaining.[/sblock]Jibba[sblock]The breath was worth 42 HP of damage. You can use breath weapon next round.[/sblock]
