Cheesecake is great, although I'll eat pretty much any kind of cake. I was in Sedona last summer, or maybe it was in Santa Fe, and I had a carrot cheesecake. When I made it for my wife, her love for me doubled instantaneosly.

Basic cheesecake filling recipe: three packets of Philadelphia creamcheese, 15 grams of sugar, 3 eggs, add creamcheese or double cream to make denser or lighter. Mix together and bake at 180 degrees Celcius for 30 minutes (on top of the base, obviously).

Examples for flavouring the mix: add lemon zest and juice, or 4 tbsp of cocoa, or 3 tbsp of Bailey's/Amaretto/your favourite poison.
