Looks like the initial frenzy is over...

Now would be a good time for everyone who has not yet posted a final event description to do so, or at least start putting one together.

Also, we have one slot left to fill in the afternoon to get to our usual 6-and-6, though we can handle up to seven events in each slot (unless thalmin knows of other events going on the same day for which he needs tables). So, if you're contemplating running an event, or know someone who might like to (and is a responsible sort with follow-through), speak up.
Alright...I'll claim that afternoon slot. Still haven't made up my mind of what I want to run, but I'll run something.

Well, we do have four "TBA"s right now. :)

Hmmm. Only 1 D&D event in each time slot?
Alright, to appease Curt you can go ahead and call my game a D&D 3.5 game tentatively titled, "Dude, Where's My Spellbook?"

Now to decide whether to play some Chtulu or run some Ghostbusters in the morning...

Buzz, here's my event description:

"When Chaos Reigns, It Pours"
Mutants & Masterminds 2E
up to six players, pre-gen characters

The day started out normally enough for the Crisis Guard, no trouble alerts on any of their scanning systems as the team gathered for breakfast... ..because none of the scanners could pick up the trouble that had occurred. Soon enough, it was discovered that the city was somehow frozen: eerie, still, and silent... ..other than occasional bursts of activity where something would collapse or explode, screaming, fleeing citizens... ..suddenly going back to motionless silence. What has happened? Bizarre alien invasion? Juvenile super powers rampaging out of control? A government experiment gone horribly awry? A fracturing of the space/time continuum? -Whatever has happened, the heroes need to address the damage it has caused, and repair the problem before things get worse... ..or get so bad they can't be fixed....

This will be a game with pre-generated power level 11 characters, focusing on role-playing in a superhero setting. Character backgrounds to enable mystery investigation will be provided, but there will still be plenty of action and daring-do. M&M is a streamlined d20 system, using simplified combat rules and requiring only one d20 to play.

Trev... running CoCd20...

I might have to think about coming out again. Anyone care to let me crash with them? A 4-5 hour drive on either end of the gameday is pretty killer--I could do on one end, but not both.

I could be an alternate GM in the afternoon, too.

I don't live super close to Games Plus ('bout a twenty minute drive) but you could crash at my place if you have the need.
