Converting Illusionist from V2 to V3

Help

Converting my high level Illusionist to v3. Where have all the decent illusionist spells gone. My character has is now nothing but another fireball throwing wizard

Suggestions please

Castles and Crusades....

I think the Castles and Crusades PHB has the Illusionist in it IIRC. You may want to ask over on Dragonsfoot.org's forums about it (www.dragonsfoot.org/forums). I only bought the CnC box set so I don't know if the CnC Illusionist is a good conversion or not.

Ahh, illusionists... brings back memories of when only they had color spray and phantasmal force was 3rd level for magic-users!

Funny you should mention that Jester...the upcoming Necromancer Games book, "Eldritch Sorcery" has quite a few of the forgotten spells (read havent been converted to 3e/3.5 yet) in it.

Excellent... though I've already converted many of them for my campaign, I'm not entirely satisfied with all of the versions I have made.
