Not 100% sure. Chorizo sausage (whole sausage, egg, bacon/beef?). Even the menu is vague. That's the one with the hash brown on top and the sausage in the middle above.

I took some leftovers and made a Creole-Lebanese fusion soup. Basically boudin balls in a chicken broth that included sliced onion and Lebanese sides like tabouli, vegetable rice, roasted broccoli, and some sautéed mushrooms & zucchini. A little salt, a little pepper.
Zapped my balls* in the microwave just enough to warm the center, then poured the hot soup over it.
