Just finished reading through it, and I think my players should be afraid!

I might drop in a few of those guys as replacements in KotS - and I think at least one go with the Kobold Victory chart could make the Irontooth fight even more interesting!

Wow just Wow. I love you kobolds

Although my players are the middle of Kots i dont think it is to late to bring back one more kobold encounter just so i can use the KVC. I think i might have to fudge the dice just because i love number 18. "This will only anger them!" so much. To see the look on a players face after a kobold just killed him then that kobold runs away screeming that he is sorry and does not want to die is priceless.

I did something like that once and the players found said Kobold huddled behind a latrine. They ended up 'adopting' him (I fudged a backstory on the spot about how he had always been abused and mistreated). His name was Squeeg. He wasn't very effective in combat or anywhere else, but he really liked the PCs (and they stuck up for him).

Are you planning for a total party kill to ensure to get some good use out of the chart?

Man, imagine if the Monster Manual were full of articles like that.

Okay, sure, it'd be 1600 pages long and cost $300, but so worth it.
