What rule do you have a question on?

Wealth looks a bit high on this character, but I don't have a table with me.

Items: Rather than blowing 64k on Bracers 8 wear Celestial Armor. This is assuming you are able to purchase items from the DMG. You can still wear the armor under your clothes so you still have the man in black thing. You can get more AC from Magic Vestment and your DM MAY allow you to add further powers down the road. Use the extra 40K to get yourself a Ring of Freedom of Movement. Grappling would kill your character dead. If you don't have good spell support in the party then the rapier is fine. If you do have access to GMW then I would drop that rapier to +1 and add a couple of more powers. Elemental stuff is good, as is Holy or a couple pf Banes depending on what kind of campaign you're in.

For feats, I would drop Improved Crit (get a Scabbard of Keen edges or put keen on your rapier) and pick up Elusive Target.

As a rule I don't like Duellist much but this is a solid build. A potential weakness is your lack of Uncanny Dodge...2 more levels of Rogue would fix it but you would have to drop Duellist levels.

Cool, thanks for the good suggestions. I would say grappling would be a problem, but he has a +39 Escape Artist, so that should be good enough to get out of most any grapple at this level. (Maybe not.)

Elusive Target is nice.... hmm... k, I think I will just make the rapier keen. Thanks.

And, I think if I wear Celestial Armor I lose some of my duelist powers, don't I?

I believe I'll have both clerical and arcane support from the group. I know it will be an undead-heavy campaign, so maybe dropping to a +1, adding Keen and Undead-bane.

Thanks!

I wouldn't bother with keen in an undead heavy campign, unless you are going to get lots of burst abilities.

glass.

Ah crap. I thought Duellist could wear light armor and still get the int bonus. Yeah ok stick to the Bracers. I must have confused it with the umpteen Bladesinger rewrites.

If you have good arcane support, you may want to just buy the wizard some scrolls of keen edge. Either that or pick up a Scabbard to keep the costs on your weapon down.

Your Escape Artist is good and should help in most cases. Most ;) Unfortunately you can get grabbed and swallowed before you get to make a check. You can't use Escape Artist to defend against a grapple, only to escape on your turn. If you can't afford the ring (understandable) then ask your cleric to keep you covered.

For AC bumps: there are a couple pf things you can do here. One is to get a ring of lesser Spell Storing and request extended Alter Self from the Wizard. Lizard man form gives you +5 nat armor, some skill bonuses and a bite attack that IIRC qualifies for the int to damage bonus. Troglodyte is a little better, but Lizard Man is cooler ;) If you can spare 5k then a Dusty Rose Ioun Stone is good.

Oh BTW, what does Keen Intellect do and where is it from?
