Cure Poison and alchohol

First Post
could cure poison work to remove the effects of alchohol? Could alchohol be considered a poison for purposes of removing it before it runs its course? Poison is a substance that adversly effects a biological system. Under that rule, could alchohol or even drugs (if your world has them) be classified as poison? What do you all think?

Sure. Just remember that this means that after a certain point druids (9th lvl) and monks (11th lvl) become immune to the effects of alcohol. We've been having some fun with this recently. The druid PC was quite sad that she didn't have a last drink before she hit 9th lvl, since she's never going to get high on alcohol again :)

Did the 2e Netbook of Alchohol ever get ported to 3e? Because that had some GREAT stuff in it... I used it regularly.

So THAT'S why you don't see very many Dwarven druids or monks...

For the best alcohol rules out there IMO, check out "Tournaments, Fairs and Taverns."
