Another question regarding a weapon option in BoVD.

If a wielder of a cursespewing weapon hits an enemy multiple times, would the penalties (-4 to checks, attack rolls and so on) stack?

IIRC, If it's a penalty, it doesn't stack. If it's damage, it stacks. Since you can't really have "attack roll damage" then it must indeed be a penalty, and thus, no stacking.
