Hey maybe a dumb question but how do you get the deicide portfolio if you can't be a god? Do you have to be a hyperborean or something?
being a Hyperborean is one way. Other creatures that (sometimes) get portfolios are abominations, entities, anomalies. A my custom creature that have portfolios are the Outer Gods. Some of my monsters from epic levels up get portfolios. Portfolios are not a prerogative of the gods but of all those who can understand them.

I personally would allow demons and such to get it and make like a renunciation ritual a god could go through as part of the portfolio trial. In my campaign there's a god called Reinhos who has a version of the Antidivinity portfolio, he isn't against the gods, far from it but he tends to see things from a different perspective and like the Greek philosopher Diogenes, he's usually right.

Space Portfolio

Aspects: Distance, infinity

Opposed Portfolio: Entropy

Examples: Yog-Sothoth (Lovecraft)

Favored Animal: Dimensional Shambler (unnatural)

Favored Class: Wizard

Favored Place: Dimensional Fractures

Favored Sacrifice: Maps

Favored Time: Rain of shooting stars

Favored Weapon: Guisarme

Portfolio Trial: Collapse a space in a smaller size

Prerequisites: -

Symbol: Sextant

Typical Quote: "Space passes through Time like the Body into the Soul."

SPACE DOMAIN

Granted Power: You gain the Spacetime Shifting ability.

Spacetime Shifting (Ex): Reality constantly reconfigures in your vicinity. This causes all attacks against you to suffer a 20% miss chance (50% if double portfolio). True seeing (if hightened to a spell level equal to your divine rank negate this effect (or reduce to 20% for double porfolio). You can take actions normally after using dimension door effects. While under an effect that block teleport effects (like of a dimensional anchor or dimensional lock spell) you can ignore the effect for 1 round by making a Knowledge (planes) check (DC 10 + caster level/HD of the effect + divine rank of the generator of the effect) as a free action.

1 Guardian Armor: Teleport armor you are wearing off of you and onto an ally within range.

2 Apport Object: Send or receive a small object via teleportation.

3 Urban Step: Step into one doorway and out another.

4 Dimension Door: Teleports you a short distance.

5 Teleport: Instantly transports you as far as 100 miles per level.

6 Plane Shift: As many as eight subjects travel to another plane.

7 Greater Teleport: As teleport, but no range limit and no off-target arrival.

8 Maze: Traps subject in extradimensional maze.

9 Interplanetary Teleport: Teleport to another planet.

REALM

You create an infinite kingdom where space seems to warp endlessly while at other times it seems to compress thousands of miles into a few millimeters.

Hazards: There are no intrinsic hazards in such realms, however, people unfamiliar with the type of environment have difficulty finding their way around. Those venturing in these realms must make a Survival check every hour (DC 20 + divine rank of the immortal’s + 1d20) or get lost.

Inhabitants: Creatures that move through space like the Dimensional Shambler will be attracted to these realms.

Space Template (Single Portfolio)

Appearance: Part of the immortal seems composed of the stars of the cosmos. Usually however, it is dependant on the second portfolio.

NB. When the immortal adopts a different form (through Shapechanging or Wildshape for instance), this trait is also adopted.

Demeanor: Sometimes the immortal is not comfortable with the dimensions he is in and will try to distort the space around him.

Space Template (Double Portfolio)

Appearance: When you look at the immortal, you seem to look at the whole universe.

Behavior: The immortal is constantly trying to distort the space around him.

BLACK HOLE [EFFECT] (SU) (Divine Ability)

Destroy your foes with gravity based attacks.

Prerequisites: Space Portfolio.

Benefit: The effect deals d8 bludgeoning damage per hit die of the deity. Creature that take damage must make a Reflex save, with the same DC of the version of the Effect or be moved to any square that is included in the area of effect. For effect form that are not area (Beam, Blood, Hand, and Strike) a failed Reflex allows the immortal to move the creature anywhere in its Divine Aura. The Reflex save is DC 20 + immortal’s Charisma modifier + immortal’s divine rank for the form without DC (Beam, Hand, and Strike).

Special: This effect can be taken multiple times and its effects stack.

Each time it is taken it either applies to a different effect (see pages 116- 117), or it applies to the same effect as follows:

Taken twice = Greater [Black Hole] [Effect], original effect doubled.

Taken three times = Superior [Black Hole] [Effect], original effect tripled.

Taken four times = Perfect [Black Hole] [Effect], original effect quadrupled.

Taken five times = [Black Hole] Mastery, use any type of [aligned] effect.

Taken six times = Uncanny [Black Hole] Mastery, shape area effects to only target enemies.

Why a guisarme? I think a morning star would make more sense. Also, if you make Desna, I think she should have the Dream and Space portfolios instead of Dream and Travel

I create the Space portfolio more as the concept of Space in Space-Time than as Space as the Outer Space. For the travel, the domain travel has a great importance for her: "In her earliest days, the god Curchanus, an enemy of the goddess Lamashtu, was her mentor. Lamashtu laid a trap for Curchanus and stripped him of his beast domain, ripping it from his godly essence. As he died, he gifted Desna with the domain of travel; she has traveled the planes and worlds since, opposing both oppression and Lamashtu wherever she encounters them, and spreading her word while making an effort to experience new wonders when she can."
For the Guisarme, I give it for the fact of Reach and Trip.

I see. Any chance you could make a portfolio that is about outer space (maybe call it "stars" or something)?

Special: This effect can be taken multiple times and its effects stack.
Each time it is taken it either applies to a different effect or it applies to the same effect as follows:
Taken twice = Greater Wilting [Effect], original effect doubled.
Taken three times = Superior Wilting [Effect], original effect
tripled.
Taken four times = Perfect Wilting [Effect], original effect
quadrupled.
Taken five times = Wilting Mastery, use any type of wilting
effect.
Taken six times = Uncanny Wilting Mastery, shape area effects to
only target enemies.

* In Pathfinder Kytons are their own race of outsiders, rather than a kind of devil. If you just use 3.5, you should probably have the summoning affect devils instead.
