I would agree with you but rot effet is not a disease and for this reason it ignores this immunity regardless
I get that but as a divine ability and not something higher it should have a foil, repeating damage with no associated resistance is too strong, divine damage deals d3s at this level.

Hero
Many Masks (EX) [Transcendetal Ability]
Prerequisites: Cha 130, Disguise 320 Ranks, Vicissitude.
Benefict: You gain a number of secondary identities (as the Vicissitude divine ability) equal to your HD plus your divine rank.

Hero
Transformation Portfolio

Aspects: Mutability, Shapeshifting

Opposed Portfolio: Preservation

Examples: Loki (Norse), Nyarlathotep (Lovecraft)

Favored Animal: Doppelganger (unnatural)

Favored Class: Master of Many Forms

Favored Place: Places that have seen epochal changes

Favored Sacrifice: Any creature with static mindset (like Inevitables)

Favored Time: Equinox

Favored Weapon: Natural Attack or Unarmed Strike

Portfolio Trial: You must mutate into every type of creature that exists

Prerequisites: Any non-lawful and ability to change form

Symbol: A chimera

Typical Quote: "Everything flows, everything changes."

TRANSFORMATION DOMAIN

Granted Power: You cast transmutation spells at +1 caster level.

1 Enlarge Person: Humanoid creature doubles in size.

2 Bear’s Endurance: Subject gains +4 to Con for 1 min./level.

3 Beast Shape I: You take the form and some of the powers of a Small or Medium animal.

4 Greater Animal Aspect: As animal aspect, but you gain two animal qualities.

5 Baleful Polymorph: Turns subject into harmless animal.

6 Form of the Dragon I: Turns you into a Medium dragon.

7 Legendary Proportions: You call upon the primordial power of ancient megafauna to boost the size of your target.

8 Polymorph Any Object: Changes a subject into anything else.

9 Shapechange: Transforms you into certain creatures, and you can change forms once per round.

REALM

You create an ever-changing realm where all structures change every short interval, effectively creating a giant maze.

Hazards: There are no intrinsic hazards in such realms, however, people unfamiliar with the type of environment have difficulty finding their way around. Those venturing in these realms must make a Survival check every hour (DC 20 + divine rank of the immortal’s + 1d20) or get lost.

Inhabitants: Shapeshifting creatures or creatures without a fixed structure are drawn to these realms, such as the Proteans, Doppelgangers, Lycanthropes, and Shoggoths.

Transformation Template (Single Portfolio)

Appearance: Part of the immortal constantly changes shape among multiple creatures. This may simply be the immortal’s eyes. Usually however, it is dependant on the second portfolio.

e.g. An immortal with the Sky and Transformation portfolios may have wings that change constantly, one second they are like a dragon and a second later they could be like a butterfly..

NB. When the immortal adopts a different form (through Shapechanging or Wildshape for instance), this trait is also adopted.

Demeanor: The immortal has an unpredictable temperament, bordering on the lunatic.

Transfromation Template (Double Portfolio)

Appearance: Same as the single portfolio except the immortal’s whole body constantly changes between multiple forms and often simultaneously, creating chimerical forms.

Demeanor: The immortal is totally unpredictable, which many think is totally insane.

Hero
Lurking (Ex) [Divine]
Prerequisites:
Stealth 40.
Benefict: Creatures using unusual forms of sensory perception such as blindsight, greensight, scent or tremorsense cannot automatically foil your use of Stealth; such creatures must make a Perception check as normal to detect you when you make use of the Stealth skill. This ability foils indirect detection (such as a creature using detect magic to search for your magical items while you are using Stealth) in the manner described above, but has no effect on psi-like abilities, powers, spells, spell-like abilities, and / or supernatural abilities specifically used to uncover information about you rather than enhancing the user's perception, such as the augury spell.

You will say Divine or Cosmic Ability?
