Absolutely. Thought technically, Hollisters action is up for the time being...so it will be up to Korrin and Torrent to say something. Of course, if Rashelle was paying attention, she might notice Badgerface's changing form as he runs away, and that may give a few extra moments to explain.

Torrent just went. She's not about to tell anyone that Badgerface isn't Badgerface until all the PCs have gone again.
Hollister, note that since the NPCs have gone, you can go again.
Plavin can also take his actions now. In fact, everyone except Korrin, who already went, can go now.
The points about speeding up combat are well taken. I'll roll init next time instead of waiting for each person. Jemal, as long as the party is physically close-ish, I'll have everyone roll init. Even if you don't plan on doing anything, it's easier when everyone's in a slot.
