Well, now that EN World's back up and the Memorial Day long weekend is over, anyway. But what's important is it looks like we're pretty much all back. And hopefully about to start another fight.

I don't think anybody ever expects more than about a post a day.

Just a thought, but if the players don't make posts after say 48 or 72 hours, you may just want to role for them, or simply have them lose their turn. I've found that in PBP if you wait for everyone, you end up slowing the game to a halt, which then causes delays from all your good players when the time for action finally comes back around to them.

I usually handle that in my games, too. Most PBP players are cool with the DM making their rolls to save time.
