My plan right now is for the current PCs to question Kathor and his crew, decide what to do with them, recover from the fight, etc., while we get new players. Then the new PCs will show up right after the party's finished dealing with the fight aftermath. This way we're not trying to introduce new people and question Kathor, etc. at the same time.

If one of those things finishes up long before the other I'll change the schedule so no one's sitting around waiting for a week of real-time, but otherwise that's what I expect to happen.

webbed weapons

The weapons of the mercenaries stuck in the web are not easy to get. They can't really stick their weapons outside the web and drop them because they're too stuck. Dropping their weapons leaves them stuck in the web. Someone could wrangle Kathor's greatsword out of the web, and the two scouts {S1} and {S2} aren't webbed so you can grab their weapons, but that's it.

Arkhandus: It doesn't look like you fully updated Liiros in the Rogue's Gallery. His level is still listed at 2, his BAB is 2, and he needs another feat. OTOH he knows two stances, so you did at least some updating. When you get a chance I'd appreciate it if you would update him.

In this campaign magical items don't necessarily look magical when you first see them. Magical items need to be masterwork, so any masterwork item could be magical. Some who casts detect magic and then spends three rounds looking at a pile of loot can identify what pieces of loot have magical auras.

Since it's challenging in-game to determine an item's exact magical benefits, when you equip or use an item that's magical but not fully identified please say where it's from. Once it's fully identified, either through using specific spells or enough use, you can drop the description if you want.

Finally, where do you all want to keep a list of party loot? Are you happy to list it with whomever's carrying it, or do you want a separate party loot list somewhere?

HM and Anti: Please post your PCs in the Rogue's Gallery. They'll show up soon. Sorry for the delay in getting you involved. Anti, Arshen has received a request from Staret Vilina Lea, Stalwart Wolverine (a Knight of the Aquiline Cross) to go help a team of adventurers who are delivering important intelligence to the Resistance at a school of magic called Lyceum. Lyceum is located in the far away town of Seaquen. The team will be travelling through the Fire Forest of Innenotdar, a vary dangerous path, so Staret Lea would like you to travel with them and help. She is sending you with a man named Rantle, a rogue who has been a strong supporter of the Resistance, who saw the team leave the city and knows roughly where they should be now. Rantle will also collect a couple of the team's current members who are needed in Gate Pass now.

HM, Shaylir has had a vision recently about people coming to the Fire Forest of Innenotdar who will do something good for it. What or how they'll do it is not clear, but Shaylir should help them. I should have a good idea of what the vision actually was in a day or two, at which point I'll post it.

I'll introduce both PCs pretty much as soon as the party finishes at the grotto.
