Realizing that these moths are undead creatures, Uulark boldly presents his Holy Symbol of Sehanine and calls upon her Divine Fortune (Free Action, +1 to next attack), saying, "Be gone, foul creatures of darkness. The radiance of Sehanine shall be your undoing."
Turning Attack - Moths (1d20+8=13)
Unfortunately, Uulark's words seem not to penetrate the feeble minds of the insects.

Uulark and Caerwyn predict the end of the pudding, even as the barbarian swings his blade harmlessly through the moth swarm. Rogash's attack is true, and another small piece of the ooze separates and becomes an entity of its own.
Shai's magics have no effect on the moth swarms, but Talashia does impressive damage to one, and nearly obliterates the other. Buurt, too, has trouble making any headway against the moths.
With thinning numbers, the moths continue to cause destruction. Caerwyn and Rogash both lose their footing fighting back the swarms
The smaller puddings lash out, and Talashia and Shai can feel the acid burning their skin. While the druid is no stranger to pain, the fair-skinned sorceress will likely never forget this battle for as long as she owns a mirror.
The larger pudding attempt to engulf the trio of Caerwyn, Shai, and Dyspeer, but thankfully they prove too much to hold, and the attack fails.

And since Dyspeer can use his Second Wind whenever Shai does, I'll go ahead and use it for the defense bonus: 25 HP for Dyspeer, maxing him out again).
+2 defenses for both of them, then, until tent.
