Where had you heard about these previously? I missed it if they were mentioned elsewher.

• World-hopping adventure involving Vecna in 2024.
• Something involving the Red Wizards of Thay in 2025.
• Venger and the League of Malevolence from the D&D Cartoon/Wild Beyond the Witchlight.

All of them connected in various ways to each other and various adventures and settings, and the obilesks, were are entering a major metaplot era.

I these were interested from the new VTT FAQ:

I noticed you could see the hit points of enemies. Is that something players can see?

The Dungeon Master can choose if they want their players to see the hit points of enemies or simplified descriptors like Healthy and Wounded. When you see hit points for enemies during gameplay, that is when we were showing the experience from the DM view. Similarly, you may have noticed grayed out creatures in the DM view. These are creatures only visible to the DM, and not the players.

In the video you mentioned there would be a community marketplace. What did you mean by marketplace?

When I said marketplace, I was referring to a shared space for creators to upload and download creations from. Community tools are also a long way off. In the meantime, tell us what you would want out of community sharing.

Yes, but these products were not announced previously as far as I know. @Retreater implied there was nothing new announced.

I suspect Vecna is going to be responsible of a megaevent, and next to this the Sundering in Forgotten Realms was only a tipically fight in a tavern.

Vecna was in Sigil and he caused serious troubles, and the reboot of D&D multiverse from 2nd to 3rd Ed.

As long as it doesn't take a steaming pile on Faerun again like the 4E switch over mega-event but hey, we know WotC will do it of Jurassic proportions. They pretty much already said (old) lore doesn't matter.

Lore and metaplot are different things. I’m all in favour of more of the first, the latter has been a disaster almost every time I’ve seen it attempted in an RPG line.
