D20 Modern Library; am I missing anything essential?

You say that like there's only two gun books on the market. At least five publishers have produced firearms books for d20 modern.
*chuckle* No, I said that like I believed there to be only two large d20 Modern gun books on the market. Because, as far as I was aware, that was the case.

Oh well. Oops.

By the way timespike, what a lot of Modern stuff! I'm going to have to start filling in some of those gaps myself, I can see this.

And most of it is PDFs, so it doesn't even tax my shelf space!

Well, here's what I've found the top 5 products or lines out of that collection. Note that all WotC product is excluded from consideration for this list by virtue of being "core" (and really, the SRD & Apocalypse would be enough, though there's nice stuff in past & cyberscape).

5. RPG Objects' Darwin's World Core Book. If you are doing post-apocalyptic d20 Modern-based roleplaying, GET THIS. You will thank me later.

4. Malladin's Gate's Martial Avengers. Tons and tons and TONS of options for strong & fast heroes and every possible multiclass thereof. Multiclass advanced classes and talent trees in particular are nice. Now if they'd just get around to releasing the rest of the series...

3. The Game Mechanics' Modern Player's Companion & Future Player's Companion. These really should be considered core, even though they aren't. It's the designers of the core products given the opportunity to do more of the same, and the time and aggravation things like class progressions and equipment packages will save you is unreal.

2. Big Finger Games' Versatile hero (and, to a lesser extent, the other Postmodern product: Traits & Flaws. This allows for an almost GURPS-like level of character customization, and it's CHEAP.)

1. Sword's Edge Publishing's Roles & Classes line. I just wish they'd released it sooner, like back when I was doing the initial planning for my game. I've retrofitted NPCs to make use of the material in this line. The Covert, Capable, and Combat heroes are NOT to be missed.

Lines worth chasing:

Blood Books (RPG Objects)
Postmodern (Big Finger Games)
Roles & Classes (Sword's Edge)
Darwin's World (RPG Objects)
PolyMecha (LPJ Design)

I'd also Heartily reccomend almost all of the Ronin Arts products I have, though they defy categorization into either of these lists.

And without further ado, by publisher, here is the list:

I know it's a long list, but anyone see anything conspicuously absent?

May I just add that the fact that I wrote 6 of the books on that list made my millennium?

Hey, having 'em in my library's enriched my gaming experience. I'm MORE than happy to help you make some money for as much use as they've been to me!

I'd suggest pickinmg up Adamant Entertainment's Posthuman supplement. The other three aren't bad either, though you may want to pass on Netspace since you already have Cyberscape. One of these days I'll get around to writing reviews of them

Might I humbly suggest MODERNIZED

Issue #1 has alternate nonlethal damage rules and new rules for torture that might be of some use. The Mall location could be stripped of NPCs and used as blown-out adventure setting (and could make good use of d20 Apocalypse's unsturdy building and scavenging rules).

Issue #2 contains the C-Aug soldier, a class reminiscent of the RIFTS Juicer that could definitely fit into post-apoc (a more balanced version is coming soon, pending the release of the Redux versions of MODERNIZED issues #1 and #2). The Websterian class found at the end of the Anno Websteria article also fits in nicely. The Powell MBHT might be a bit TOO advanced for your campaign, but it's worth a look... it could be a piece of alien technology, or the peak of secret military development just before the world collapsed.

If you're planning on using mechs at all, check out Mecha Power Cores. In fact, using mechs from d20 Future built with some of the PL 5 power cores from Mecha Power Cores would be very natural in a post-apoc setting (especially as ancient precursors to power armor).

I've got the first issue. *downloads the second issue*

Hmm. NICE. That C-Aug warrior will fit into the ranks of the Black Wire Coalition (A faction of evil scientists that buy slaves, turn them into mind-controlled superwarriors, and use them to conquer surrounding communities.) quite nicely.

Ooh I'm pleased that the Future Soldier's Battlefield Handbook made the list! Should be lots of juicy rules in there useful for a post-apoc game (or any d20 Modern/Future game for that matter). I'm currently writing the next in that line with a Rise of the Machines campaign model ... might be handy.
