It looks like Bront and Knight Otu have given it their stamp of approval, I resent it to you stonegod (I misspelled you email address), and I didn't hear anything from Rystil Arden. Assuming I don't hear any more, would it be ok for me to start this up on Friday?
We're still working on those, but if it is like other proposals, you need a majority (3) for 48 hour approval, and 4 or more starts is immediately. I just okayed it.

If we are move lax on game approval (which makes some sense), you could start now, but I'd wait from feedback from the people who have done this a little longer (at least until tomorrow).

But that's me. :)

In LEW, the tradition is you're good to go once you have at least two aprovals. Not sure if LEB uses that as a standard as well...
Yup, that's good for adventures. It was 1, but we have 5 now, so 2 works.

I'll get this kicked off tomorrow then. I see that (not including my PC) there are 8 available PCs in the bar. I'm thinking of having around 5 or 6 at the maximum. If there's a serious drought of adventures on the horizon, I could try including all eight of you. The opposition would scale ok, but the loot will be a bit more scarce. We'll see how it plays out tomorrow I guess. :)

Don't push the adventure to fit too many people. That only makes it less enjoyable for all in many cases.

Certainly don't take more than you are comfortable with. I think the key thing with a bunch of people is to be willing to plow ahead when some of them are being slow about posting. Actually, that's pretty key even with smaller groups come to think of it. A fine line between railroading and pushing on with the hand of plot, I guess...

Initial adventure recruitment post is up. I think I'll be limiting it to no more than 5 people. A couple of the encounters will be very challenging, so I think adding a 5th person would make things a little more smooth.

Yep--I saw the e-mail, but you had two approvals, so I figured you were okay ;)

My micro-adventure just received its second aproval as well. It seems Head of the Class is likely to take five of the eight in the Shard... I can also take up to 5.

Anyone waiting in the wings out there, ready to enter the inn? If not, Is it time to aprove a second character to a lucky player somewhere?

Barring either of these, I'd introduce an npc adventurer.

Two of the three remaining players have posted indicating interest. Hoping for two or three more...

If I need to supplement with an NPC addition to the party, I think I'll use one of the PCs I've written up for once we have multiple characters. Of course, he won't be able to gain xp and won't be able to gain or lose equipment, but his stats are handilly available and it'll add to his backstory.

I assume that would be OK?
