Did they ever make the grade?

I was preparing for the big season final of our game (we play from October to May), and thought I would check out some classic creatures from the original AD&D Monster Manual. So, I dug out my copy and compared it to the 3.0 MM and the Tome of Horrors. There are several creatures I noticed that were missing, and I am curious if any of them were published by WotC, or if some third party like Necromancer Games did them.

Here's a few of them I was wondering about. I had to stop part way through the Demons, because I was falling asleep last night. So, I will start with this and add more later.

• Baluchitherium
• Beaver, Giant
• Brain Mole
• Buffalo (is this lumped into a Herd Animal listing I missed?)
• Bull (see Buffalo)
• Cattle, Wild (see Buffalo)
• Cerebral Parasite
• Demon, Manes [Sub-Demon]
