Do you use accents/"funny voices" when playing your PC?

Since 3.0 came out and getting back into D&D, I have taken to creating charcters with other people or characters in mind. For example, my first one was a half-orc fighter named 'Hawk', (see avatar icon) from the Robert B. Parker "Spenser" novels, so I tend to use Avery Brooks' voice when I play him.

My latest character is a half-drow bard/cleric. I patterned him after Sammy Davis, Jr., and consequently do a bad imitation of Sammy when I play him.

I think it just adds an extra level of fun for me to do stuff like that. The other players like it, too, so it gives them a break from just saying the same old thing or hearing the same old voice. It's not for everybody, but I do enjoy it. :cool:

I voted "sometimes" because it depends on the character. I try to do the default Scottish for the dwarf fighter I'm playing but not really for anyone else...
