Doctor Who Children in Need - Why have one Doctor, when you can have two?

I liked Davidson fine. He was mildly eccentric, in a subdued way (the sprig of broccoli in his front pocket was a good representation of this). I think Tenant is the anti-Davidson, all spastic and manic most of the time. If "boring" means not acting like an over-the-top, pre-Majestic-Jim-Carreyesque goofball, I'll take it.

Davison wasn't a bad Doctor he was just a very boring one

I don't think he was boring so much as being very very English. And, in particular, that particular brand of Englishman who delights in a good game of cricket of a Saturday.

The biggest problem he had, though, was that he followed on from the Fourth Doctor, who probably remains the favourite of the majority of Doctor Who fans. It's always really tough to take over from someone who was doing a good job.

Peter Davison's aged a bit... Dunno how they'll explain that, since he regenerated into the 6th Doctor when he was still young. Maybe they'll just gloss over it.
It was easy to miss, but the "current" Doctor, after realizing he is interacting with his past self, notes the age difference and passes it off with some temporal technobabble.

Very cool little scene! And for a good cause, what else could we want!

Yeah, I saw it.

I think the really biggest problem was that the fifth doctor was ousted from his Saturday night regular slot and moved all over the shop on different weekdays. Definitely didn't help his cause at all.

I loved it! I thought it was great!

I like Davison's doctor, well I like all of them, and so thought the interaction was very fun! I do agree that Tennant seemed to be praising Davison but I liked that as well, so it didn't bother me. Sure, I saw Baker's doctor first but he isn't my favorite. They all are!

:)

So, I will take any and all Doctor Who I can!
