D&D General Does anyone else title their D&D sessions?

I used to, but I found out that my creativity for titles runs out pretty quickly

I'll post the list of titles of a previous campaign if I can find it.

I record my sessions, and then listen back for taking my own notes and writing recaps, so I usually end up pulling a salient player quote that is iconic to what happened. They can admittedly be pretty vague without context though.

Some examples:
Session 12 - “This questline sucks, we got nothing but anxiety!”

Session 13 - #Elrinn’sStoneFacts

Session 19 - “You can’t just ask people if they’re doppelgangers!”

Since my last post, just over a year ago, I've played a grand total of 7 sessions of my main game. <deep heartfelt sigh>

But I have tried to give each story (not session as most have taken 2 sessions to complete) a title.

New Year's Eve, 1985.
The Fleet Kelpie.
An American Werewolf at Krufts.
The Bashed Bishop.

Am struggling with the title for the next session.

For my home games I do a write up afterwards and give them a title. The titles are pretty lame, for the most part. Descriptive.

Since last time I've run:

A Family Affair
The Old Main Drag
Let's Lynch the Landlord
Murderview with a Vampiress (pt.1)
Austen Interlude (A Flashback)
Murderview with a Vampiress (pt.2)
Kissing Frogs

Not sure what to call the next one. The PCs must kidnap the infant daughter of the US Ambassador to the UK, take her to a witch for a blessing, then put her back safely.

I might come up with an old cartoon double-description/title for the channel that I distribute XP in just so I remember what happened that session if it comes up. I can't actually remember what shows DID this, which is a little maddening, but something like:

The Ruby Caper
or
The Glittering Goblin

Lestadt Takes a Bite
or
The Vampire's Trap

... or I'll just write "Purple Worms' hot night, and talking to the Voices in the Walls"

Legend
Here's picking up from where I left off:

46 Elven Dreams
47 The Sword of Temptation
48 Druid Dreams
49 Treasure for the Taking
50 Hell on Erthe
51 Coven of Vengeance
52 By Royal Command
53 Hobnobbin' with Hobgoblins
54 Nightmare Stampede
55 Lady of the Wastes
56 Thieves in the Night
57 Spirit Quest
58 Giant Monster Rampage
59 Dragon Dreams
60 Wide Awake in Dreamland
61 The Will and the Way
62 Fox News
63 Trial and Error
64 The Open Ocean
65 Halfway Island
66 Wicked Waters
67 Welcome to the Jungle
68 Looking for Some Boneheads
69 You and What Army?
70 The Bride of Kapoona
71 The Book of Dreams

There have been a couple more entries in the "__________ Dreams" pile, some more alliteration, a few more puns ("The Will and the Way" dealt with an actual will where a PC was a beneficiary; "Fox News" was about some local news brought to the PCs' attention by a notorious thief called "the Fox"; "Trial and Error" dealt with another PC put on trial for a murder he didn't commit), and a couple more song references (from Pat Benatar and Guns n' Roses, respectively). Oh, and Giant Monster Rampage is a completely separate game that we ran for one session instead of D&D 3.5; the PCs had gone on a spirit quest the prior adventure and each gained a "spirit kaiju" that they could transform into in the Dreamlands, so they could practice in their new forms (and learn how to play a simplified version of the new game, in preparation for when they'd need to fight other "dream-kaiju" in upcoming adventures).
