so far pretty cool, but what about hit points and what not for the companion? (sorry I haven't seen much on how animal companions work) Really a neat concept though. I can't wait to see a few more powers though.

I'll have the companion's stats up later.

For now, some general ideas:

You are primarily a defender, but you have a big splash of controller. The dragon can take out multiple enemies with its close blast breath attacks and you can debuff many enemies with your close burst warcries.

Some of your powers get extra effects if you and your companion are flanking an enemy.

Some of your powers get extra effects if you are mounted on your companion. As a wyrmling, your companion can not fly when mounted, but it can still run very fast. As a young dragon at paragon level, your dragon can fly when mounted, but clumsily. It is only at epic tier when your dragon reaches adulthood that it can fly perfectly well when mounted.

Paragon Path ideas:

One paragon path may allow you to attract a small following of kobolds.
When summoned, they huddle around you, turning you into a large swarm.

Another path may allow you to transform into a half-dragon and gain your own breath attack.

too good for a level 2 utility, maybe if you limit it to a specific type or class of powers, or something for the dragon companion, but at level 2 it is a bit much.

Is this using a melee weapon or a ranged weapon? you might want to specify this, because this is similar to blinding barrage and may cause confusion. otherwise put some set damage on the attack and possibly make it a breath weapon type attack, that way it can go with my other comment.

Thematic questions:

1. Would a warrior who is particularly interested in serving/protecting dragons wear scale mail? (given that dragons are sentient beings I've always found scale mail to be rather ghoulish/disturbing)

2. Drago=dragon, naut=sailor. Dragon sailor?

That sounds pretty cool. What kind of keyword should I use for such powers?

Ah. It's supposed to be melee.

How about plate armor then?

2. Drago=dragon, naut=sailor. Dragon sailor?

...maybe?

Thanks for the comments everyone!

I have a lot of work to do, but I think this could turn into something pretty cool.
