Every time I had a problem (with a freebie--I still wouldn't spend money on a DRM ebook), I had a response and a resolution, though sometimes it took a few days.

I like NGs approach to the whole DRM mess... Turn off most/all DRM functionality, at that point you should be able to use the DRM PDFs as Normal PDFs (except for the compatibility issues).

I had a similar problem with a freebie and when I deleted the partly loaded file (try to find them via the timestamp) from the Temporary Internet Files. I was able to download those files completely.

When you order a file you are cleared to transfer it to your computer, but if the file is already there (even in parts) it does not let you, because it thinks, the download was already completed.
