Nope, i do not see it working unless the DM treats drow like orcs with a con penalty.

Forget two weapon fighting. Drow should rarely be willing to stick around for more than 2 rounds of combat, including the surprise round. They hit and run and even if you get the drop on them, they won't be sticking around to let you full attack them unless the absolutely have to. They might let you fight their pets and slaves, but planning to TWF against drow is asking to be disapointed. Even with the dervish's mobility, you are going to run out of dances as the drow do fallback after fallback.

How about Ftr / Monk with a few (limited by your Int bonus) levels of Duellist?

Ftr 4 / Mk 20 / Du 6 could be seriously nasty. BAB +16 at L20, so EAB +21 at L30, flurrying at +21/+21/+21/+16/+11/+6. And remember that you can flurry with shuriken (+5, Returning, Holy) for ranged goodness.

Well, I can't say anything for the build, but I do know an item you are going to want, if you're going to be battling the Drow.

Bow of the Black Archer. It's in the Weapons of Legacy book, and it's basically a weapon designed to give the owner the ability to hunt down and slaughter Drow wherever they are. If you're interested, I can include the stats for it, but it'll be a bit of a long post.

When posting a build for critique, it's best to include your resons for building it the way you did. Reasons would allow us to judge whether your PC accomplishes them.

IMC, the scout class turned out to be a dissapointment. It's just NOT a damage dealing class.

Uh, Improved Manyshot and 7d6 skirmish per arrow, usable on undead and constructs seems pretty good for a +19 bab character.
