Druid Wildshape question.

3.0 PHB says it acts like Polymorph, 3.5 says it acts like Polymorph, SRD says it acts like Alternate Form.

Neither really matter in the end, what I'm very curious about is the idea of a Druid/Monk. Disregard the multiclass Monk restriction for the idea.

Would a Druid/Monk wild shaping into any beast form retain Flurry of Blows?

I would assume that was an extraordinary attack form, and it would be lost upon changing in favour of the new form's special attack forms.

It would retain flurry of blows yes. Best advice is to go 1-2 levels of Monk and Druid all the way after, combining your Unarmed Strikes with Natural Weapon attacks. You can get a full Natural Weapon attack sequence after your regular iterative attacks this way.

Wildshape into an Ape if you try this. It's much more believable that you're beating people up with monkey kung fu than if you were some sort of kung fu panda.
