Yes, but it also has the potential to really cheese off your players, if they don't trust implicitly that you're not just being a RBDM.

its kinda power play as i see the build of the other characters

and sundering mmm maybe sometimes have to check ot if it fits in the feats i need

No ToB that's too bad. Hmmm, I wonder how you'd feel about Paladin/Bard both are charisma dependant, plus if you have bard levels bardic song at lvl 20 give +4 morale to attack and damage. Since your iterative attacks from BAB topped out at 4 you'd only be behind in Total AB by 1. (Did I hear someone say wicked saves?). Or Paladin/Duskblade (to keep the BAB up)? Smite Evil and Disintigrate Evil yeah.

sounds nice

but i was alway's under the assumption that prestige classes made the character.
mostly i play cleric or sorcerer the get powerful with the right prestigeclasses.

now i need that for a good overpowerd warrior.
