Favored Classes - Use them?

I think Class Affinity makes a perfect nascence feat, and provides an elegant and simple solution to the problem. I'll probably wind up renaming it (to avoid using a game term in the name -- perhaps Diverse Background? Multifaceted? or just Affinity, as in Affinity: Rogue, etc.), but that's definitely going into my next game -- thanks, IndyPendant. :D

I thought so too. However, while I'd love to have created it, I actually got it from one of the absolute best sites I have ever found for Feats, barring only the Netbooks: The 3e Tower. The Feat was taken from this list; I only changed the name from 'Class Preference'.

Thanks!

hey all - wanted to thank you for your input!

Here's what we decided to do - he is going to take a feat that allows him a limited amount of turning ability (1+CHA bonus/day) at sixth level, and then joint the undead hunters at 7th.

Or, possibly, he may decide to go into the Mage Hunters, in which case he is going to take a feat that allows him to have up to his WIS bonus of orisons/day, from the Cleric list.

In the long run, it might not be the most balanced solution, but it actually makes a lot of sense in my game, and bends the rules the least.

I seriously doubt I will run in to this again... although with my group, who knows...

thanks again.
