Thanee said:Some might become pious and religious because of that, but it is not a requirement. They do not study religion, like Clerics do.
Well, I suppose it depends on what you mean by 'religious'. Although their power comes to them naturally, it is Divine. And they know that. Due to that, they have a strong belief in their deity, they would be adamant about the power of their deity, and would likely want to please him.Thanee said:Very religious? How so?
Knowledge (Religion) covers:Thanee said:They do have the Knowledge skill associated with magic in general, that is Knowledge (arcana), which is IMHO not limited to *arcane* magic, despite its name similarity. They also have Spellcraft, so they do possess the knowledge about their own magic.
Knowledge (religion), however, is the study of deities and undead mostly. Nothing related to the Favored Soul.

I think the teachings of his deity would fall into there.gods and goddesses, mythic history, ecclesiastic tradition, holy symbols, undead

That's a cool feat! I'm still getting used to Eberron and this feat stuck out at me today.Thanee said:Their education does not include that kind of study, that's what I am saying, therefore they do not have the skill as a class skill. But if they choose to do so, there are ways (Education feat, for example).
