Favourite D&D Ruleset

With the release of the new edition it's time to post a decision on what your favourite version of D&D has been from over the years. I'm going to go a bit out on a limb and say 2nd Edition Skills & Powers, mainly beccause I like disadvantages and the "Design your own race" feel it had.

What's your poison?

voted for Basic but i really like the original, 1st incarnation of AD&D and 3.0 all about as much.

I voted 3.5 since it is what I currently play. I really like the BECMI stuff, too.

I voted 3.5 but I have yet to actually play 4th and have liked what I've read so far. I also have a nostalgic place in my heart for BECMI and the Rules Cyclopedia.

I'm enjoying 4E emencely, and so are my players. 4E is definately the game for me. However it's not quite good enough for me to put my complete 3.x collection up on eBay.

Moldvay Basic is my favorite iteration of D&D.

But damned if I'm not having a lot of fun with 4e.

Should be multiple choice. Depends on who's DMing what. I like AD&D and 3.x.
