I like the name "The Rouse", even though it scares me a little.

Seriously, if he's The Rouse, what happened to all the other Rouses?

It's The Rosue, not The Rouse. One is awesome, the other just a way to powder your nose, or something.
 

RouseRouse is an over-optimized Brand Manager, a demonstration of the unintended consequences when taking the best aspects from various sources (management, marketing, etc) and combining them into a single, powerful internet character. RouseRouse was not meant to be used.

That WotC constantly trots him out demonstrates they are catering 4E to munchkins.
