The passage is ten feet wide and ten feet high. The Juggernaut is only about 8 feet high.

OOC: Interesting question will the sphere stop something that is immune to magic?

OOC - I would put the sphere in the same category as a summoned creature, which would still be able to attack the jugg. Its a summoned barrier. Since a jugg could roll over a wall of stone spell used as a bridge in theory instead of just falling through it, I think it would work.

OOC: I buy your argument. I'm going to let it work for story reasons too. Just waiting to hear from the cleric...

OOC: See here in the SRD. I targeted the Weasel, so the 'rolly-phant' isn't being targeted or 'directly affected'. Otiluke's Resilient Sphere is an Effect spell, so it isn't subject to SR, and Spell Immunity or the like functions like unbeatable Spell Resistance. SR would have applied if I had targeted the rolly-phant directly, though. I don't think the long description of Spell Immunity, Spell Resistance, and When Spell Resistance Applies is in favor of a golem-like thing bypassing a Resilient Sphere or Wall of Force. And if it was a MM2 Juggernaught, it wouldn't have SR or Spell Immunity either, but I'm not gonna jump to conclusions about anything in the ToH.

Logan does as directed and grabs Zorn and heads where he was told.

Grackle's ploy seems to have stopped the unusual golem. The magic of this place continues to keep the others from waking.

"What now?!" Grackle cries, as the others try to flee with their sleeping comrades. "I needs ta wait fer the Admiral!"

The gnome crawls around on the ceiling and down to the floor behind his Resilient Sphere, facing the exit where his friends ran off to. He tells the weasel "Run over here as soon as it drops, Admiral, and we'll run away!" in their wierd shared language, and waits anxiously to make his own escape once the weasel gets out and grabs hold of his leg or something.
