Well, last night was game night, and I think we did ok, health-wise.
We cooked out on the grill (hot dogs, hamburgers) before the game, and when I got the urge to snack during the game, I busted out a bowl of grapes.
One guy opted for Dorritos, but I was surprised how much everyone else liked the grapes.
Also, in an effort to improve our health, I've switched from 7 gallons of Coke a game to diet soda and water. But Coke is still there in the fridge for the other players.
On the other hand, if I am going to drink a can of Coke, it's most likely to happen on game night. Sometimes, I just go nuts!
