Bought 2 boxes, got a Treant and a Huge Red as my huge minis. Unfortunately, I wanted a Bulette and a Behir.

You'll probably beable to trade the Red for both a Bulette and a Behir.

I've gotten five packs so far... the best of what I got included:

a treant
a glabrezu
2 fiendish tyrannosaurs (ehhh... cool, but not exactly archetypical, iykwim)
a formorian
a stone golem
a quasit (Tiny!)
a manticore
King Snurre!!!

Great stuff- I'll prolly end up with another five boxes by the time all's said and done.

MSRP is $19.99 for 9 figures (1 huge and 8 regular).

I just picked up 2 full cases (12 packs each) and I am surprised how even the distribution was. I got all the rare Huge, 1 each, and either 2 or 4 of each of the uncommons. Of the normal rares I am missing only 4: Rakshasa, Lareth the Beautiful, Lich Necromancer, and Minotaur Skeleton. I got 2 each of: Half-Giant Psychic Warrior, Dire Wolf, Fire Giant, King Snure, and Frost Giant.
For what it's worth, I got 3 rare Huges in each case.

How am I going to last until Tuesday? I didn't preorder as I was trying to swear off these little pieces of plastic crack. Then I saw the GoL poster! Splitting a case with my other plastic addicted friend but it doesn't arrive until Tuesday!

Got a great price though - $253 Canadian including tax (that's 15% here :\ ).

where to buy case

For those of you buying cases of Giants of Legend miniatures, can you recommend somewhere to buy a full case? I've heard that when you buy by the case you have a better chance of getting a good distribution of rares and rare huge miniatures. Are there any stores that sell miniatures by the case online, and if so, do they sell the case sealed so you know they didn't cherry pick booster packs with the dragons and other rares out and just send you 12 booster packs with the nonrare huge miniatures?

1 Minotaur Skeleton (ok fig)


Medium, Small and Tiny

1 Quasit (great fig)
2 Scarlet Brotherhood Monks (nice fig, but 2?)
2 Bugbear Footpads (great fig)
2 Gricks (great fig)
1 Dire Rat (nice fig, only 1?)
1 Gnoll Sergeant (nice fig)
1 Lareth the Beautiful (great fig)
1 Lizardfolk Rogue (nice fig)

Lowlights

3 Displacer Snakes
3 City Guards (with no eyes?)

Iconics are only 3rd level...

Overall, good set. Just not thrilled about my take...
