Blindsight negates displacement.

Where did you get this from Hong? No where in the description of blindsight does it say it negates displacement. Blindsight is already powerful enough without negating illusion spells.

Blindsight allows a creature to "see" without using visual senses. Since displacement emulates total concealment, and blindsight allows a creature to ignore concealment miss chances, it bypasses displacement.

Consider: the dragon could just close its eyes and rely on its blindsight to make its attacks. One way or the other, displacement isn't going to do much.

When in doubt, find someone bigger and meaner than you are to lay the smack down for you. Surely you have allies you can beg / pay to assist you? Surely the wyrm has some enemies of its own?

Your DM's mileage may vary on *that* one. 50gp for an item that gives you +20 to your next attack? Um, yeah. Right.

Only if they make it in the very next round.

And I am the DM for my group and don't have any problem with it. This may also come from the fact that my players don't often buy potions and only use what they find.
