Interesting to me how I had a similar idea and approached it in a totally different way. I wanted a Fighter that marked a lot of enemies and made a big, tough target. I ended up building a Warforged Tempest Fighter with an Urgosh.
I did think about reach, but all of the multiattack powers seemed to be burst 1, so I went with the double weapon to compensate for having to stay in chain. I do see the benefits of reach, but I think I'd go with Warden if I wanted a reach build. Not for charop reasons, but because . . .I like it?
For mobility I took Pass forward at 2nd and Agile Approach at 6th. Haven't had a ton of experience with him yet, but I like Agile Approach so far.
