In other news, yesterday after work Jack locked his keys in his car on the same day he left his phone at home, and had to walk the six-and-a-half miles back home to call AAA to get his car unlocked. Then, when I got home, I discovered that the mysterious puddle of water in the garage was from the tub drain in the upstairs bathroom leaking - our hard water finally ate clear through the damn copper pipe.

So now I'm called out from work cuz my knees are shot, and procrastinating on cooking some food while I wait for daylight so I can go get the stuff I need to rig up a way to funnel the leaking water from the upstairs bathroom tub drain into the downstairs bathroom shower so it doesn't wreck anything else before I can actually fix the damn thing.

Monday is Monday.
