So, yesterday was company Christmas lunch from a place in Nashville Tennessee called Uncle Bud's catfish. It was great and there is so much left over we have lunch for at least 2 days

Ugh blood sugar at 336 2 hours ago, still high at 250.

Cholesterol is my nemesis. It's really hard to keep it to my recommended level (135 mg/dL) over the holidays, what with all the butter and lard and bacon and cheese that keeps finding its way into the fridge. Last I checked, it was slightly under 200 but oof...I've got a long way to go.
