I watched Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves on DVD today. It's been awhile. I don't remember watching it on DVD before. It stopped halfway in and I had to flip the disk over to finish the movie. A DVD can't hold a 2 hour 23 minute movie on one side? I know the movie gets bashed a lot but I've always enjoyed it.

Movies that far back? Actually, nope - the compression wasn't good enough to store that much data on one side... The film came out in '91, and dvds started getting made in '96, so it would have been one of the relatively early movies released on dvd.

The Braves/Reds game at Bristol Speedway was suspended and will resume today at 1pm. This was supposed to be a one time game Saturday night. Looks like they were to have a rare day off on Sunday.
