You're thinking of the Chainmail Core Rules, which is a PDF. Ghostwind is softcover/print.

Just wanted to say that I got my order on the 15th of April. I believe I ordered around the 8th of March.

My box just arrived. According to the invoice, it was packed on the 15th. Every I ordered is there. I may just go ahead and order some more in a week or so.
