Has anybody's SVGames order shipped yet?

I received mine yesterday. Mostly boxed sets. Easily over $100 worth of merchandise for less than $50, including shipping.

The shipping invoice says they were shipped on the 10th of April. I had ordered them on the 10th of March. I knew about the shipping delay until the week of the 31st. And I had seen the message on their website about further delay.

Nothing really to complain about. So what if it took a month to get them. It's still the best deal on minis I've ever seen.

I was one of those early shoppers, and I'm still waiting...

It's even more upsetting to find out that those who shopped after me are getting their orders already. This is sooooo uncool.

Agreed. Even though the Chainmail minis were a great deal, the total and complete lack of customer service from SV means I won't shop from them again. The customers should have received confirmation e-mails or at the very least he should have updated his page sooner and more frequently. It feels like a complete disregard for the customer.

I got mine yesterday. No ship notification; they just showed up.

They were supposed to ship the first week of April, and I got them the third week of April. Ah well--it's not like I had time to paint them (argh-taxes).

It's pretty clear SVGames isn't a big time professional etailer, but hey, the price was right.

Haven't had time to read all the posts (I'm at work and fortunately I have no boss looking over my shoulder ) but those I read answer the questions I had. I placed a pretty big order (around $250 US ($340 Can.)) and I was a bit nervous as to the status of my order, especially since I already paid the order on my credit card after all that time.

True it would have been nice to receive notifications and all. But hey! the prices were good! Even with the international shipping charge I'm still way below what it would have cost me at my local hobby store.

So I will wait... patiently...

Got the first of 3 orders on Monday, no word yet on the other 2. I placed the orders a week apart, so I expect to get them about the same. At least I know that they are shipping, even if its slow and behind schedule.

First Order Arrived

Well, I received my first order in the mail yesterday. Two still to go.

My order finally arrived (7 March order, invoice filled 11 April, arrived 16 April). Lots of mini goodness, but missing the copy of the Ghostwind Campaign Sourcebook that I ordered -- even though it was checked off on the invoice sheet.

*sigh*

I hope they're quicker at fixing mistakes than they are filling the original order.
