I didn't notice the 31st thing and emailed to ask too. And I haven't seen an email letting me know the stuff has been shipped either.

Here's my thought: If they had the minis physically stored in a warehouse they would have started shipping already (if something is paid for you want to stop paying to store it and just get rid of the stuff). They're probably getting the stuff from their original supplier (WotC?) around the 31st and then turning around and shipping just as quickly as they can.

Since I don't think that the whole planet usually buys hundreds of dollars worth of minis from SVG every month they probably ran into some snags.

One of my beefs with SV (over the old Wizards online store) is that they don't send out nice confirmation e-mails at every stage. I always like it that Amazon.com sends me out an auto-confirm when my order ships, so I know to expect it any day. I also wish that SV would allow me to go to their website and check my order status. Is this a big software issue? I would think that any online retailer would include such a thing these days.

Sorry, Green Knight--I ordered two of them. I can't even remember what else I ordered, it was so long ago.

Stuff should arrive after 5-10 business days (according to SVGames customer service), so next week it is. Zaruthustran spake thusly, and it was good.

Anyone gotten theirs yet? Their phone line has a message about due to the extreme level orders being shipped there will be no phone support for Monday and Tuesday.... hrm.
