Has anybody's SVGames order shipped yet?

This seems like a bad sign... I hope it isn't :( :(. I was charged right away, but I haven't even gotten an e-mail saying that my order has shipped.

Isn't it actually against the credit-card usage agreements that vendors sign to charge before shipping?

Maybe they're overwhelmed with orders?

I've been trying to get a response with them about how I can get the rescan of the 2nd ed DM Design Kit ESD, which I think got put on the rescan queue because of my complaints last fall. Anyhow, no reply yet...

Well, the "week of March 31" has come and gone, and my order hasn't been shipped yet.

When I placed my order over four weeks ago, they charged my credit card that same day. The email I got that same day stated they usually ship with a day or two. It's been 30 days since the order.

They should send everyone who gave an email address a notice via email if their order did not ship during the week of March 31, as promised. They certainly took our money quick enough.

A little pro-active customer service would go a long way to retaining those customers.

Same here. Ordered the day the link to the sale got posted here, while there were still some ogres left for sale. Have yet to hear about it or see them.

Charged that day though.

I have been told that. I have also been told "It depends".

Add my name to what appears to be a growing list of those sick of waiting. My order was placed on 3/10, card was charged immediately, and I still do not have my order. In addition, they're not responsive on email.

This makes me doubtful I will ever do business with them again.

Well, on Tuesday I was at my office (where I had them shipped), and still nothing. They may be there now, but if they're not then my temerature will really start to rise.

I actually suppose we could have predicted this when we were told that "all orders will ship the Week of 3/31." After all, this is a small operation, and at rock bottom prices they were bound to get a buttload of orders. It was foolish of them not to fulfill orders as they arrived. They're probably buried in minis right now.

By the way, here's my list:

FIRST ORDER
D&D Dragons I Box Set
D&D Dragons II Box Set
Red Dragon
Male Gnome Fighter
Male Halfling Monk
Male Human Paladin
Halfling Sneak
Half-Elf Sorceror
Human Warriors

SECOND ORDER
6 Kobolds
Gray Elf Warriors
Gray Elf Snakestrike Duelist
Thalos Aasimar Cleric
Half-Elf Cleric
Azer Trooper

THIRD ORDER
Chainmail Ogre Box Set (Limited Edition)
Drazen's Horde Owlbear
Drazen's Horde Bugbear Trooper
Gnoll Archer
Thalos Aasimar Cleric (I forgot I ordered it already).

Wow, that's a lot of minis. You can see why I'm impatient.

They said they would ship the week of 3/31. If they didn't, and they didn't send an email notice to customers with pending orders before the end of that week either providing a new ship date or explaining why they can't provide a new ship date (and in either case providing order cancellation and refund options), they're in violation of the Federal Trade Commission's Mail or Telephone Merchandise Order Rule (commonly referred to simply as the "Mail Order Rule").

Same here... has anyone called them or emailed them recently and has there been any kind of word or response?

P.S.: I'll be cynical and assume they actually didn't order the minis from the distributor until all the orders were placed at the end of the month. It's a very low thing for a vendor to do, if that's whats happened.
