Xarlen said:And the Full Round Action is simply where he casts the spell, and can't do anything but move five feet; he loses any standard actions. Right?

I'm not sure that I'm fully comprehending this statement so I'll spell it out, just in case. If you are hasted, you can:
Cast a full-round action, take a 5-foot step, and use your hasted partial action. (Note: Anybody know if you can take a 5-foot step with a partial action from haste?)

From the PHB:Xarlen said:Partial action is not a move. You get a Partial action (Attack, Spell, grabbing poiton, whatnot), and a move action. This can be 5', 30', whatnot.
If you do a full round action, You Can Only Move 5'. Doesn't mater if you're hasted; you just get your regular set of attacks.
So, a Sor can Full Round Action a spell, then step, then spell again.
From the glossary pg. 280Generally, a character can accomplish either portion of a standard action (that is, moving full speed or attacking) during a partial action, but not both.
