Help me calculate my attack bonuses

I'm playing a two-weapon fighter and always have trouble making sure I've got my attack bonuses correctly calculated. I'd appreciate some help.

My character is currently an 8th-level fighter, 4th-level Tempest. He has a Str of 18.

His relevant feats are Weapon Focus (longsword), Two-Weapon Fighting, and Improved Two-Weapon Fighting.

With his Tempest class abilities, his two-weapon fighting penalties are reduced to
-2/-0. Using Two-Weapon Versatility, he can treat his off-hand light weapon as though he also had Weapon Focus with it.

He uses a +1 goblin-bane longsword as his primary weapon, and a +2 shortsword as his off-hand weapon.

Based on the above information, I've got his primary attacks at +19/+14/+9 and his off-hand attacks at +20/+15. Is this correct?

From my read of the abilities it would be:

Longsword +18/+13/+8
Shortsword +19/+14

BAB is +12
STR bonus is +4
Weapon Focus is +1 (applies to both weapons via Tempest Ability)
Longsword Bonus is +1
Shortsword Bonus is +2
Shortsword is Light so Tempest ability reduces TW penalty to 0 and can thus be ignored.

SO you were basically correct but you had an extra +1 in there somewhere.
