Man, I haven't worn a watch since cell phone started keeping time.
I find the Apple Watch's sleep, walking and health tracking to be super-useful, and I can use the iPhone's navigation options just using my watch, which is useful while walking. And even having a second screen for notifications in meetings is useful.

Definitely a lot less useful than the core phone, but very useful for some of us.
