I need Windows people to make sure my website looks okay

In fact, here, let me try to help more than my just telling you that something is wrong. . .

.content {position: absolute; top: 0%; left: 20%;} Change to:
.content {float:left; top:0px; margin-left:[Width of navigation]px}

.navigation {position: fixed; top: 1%; left: 2%;} Change to:
.navigation {width:[some width that you want here, maybe 100px]}

While percents are useful, they are often overused or used in situations where they don't make sense.

Hope that helps or is useful in some way, if not *shrugs*.

Fallout, tres cool. I made a simple page for my D*M game last night. It's intentionally barebones, as none of the players know about D*M or the Hoffmann Institute, so to start, they'll get to see the webpage as "the public" sees it. (there shouldn't be an 'employee's login', as the institute runs on a closed infrastucture, but I decided to have a net accesable site for the institute, as well as OSIRS).

(A very clear and concise explanation of the headers I used.

Wow, that was much more clear than my book, thank you!

Neat, I'll fiddle around with this (as soon as I look up the code you've used so I understand what it means).

Edit: I've fiddled, and it looks the same so I likey. And if it lets people with what seems to be absurdly low resolutions see my site properly, so much the better.

Thanks again to everyone who's helped!
