I will now go into a sugar coma.

Cthulhu's Librarian and Nakia introduced me to this thing called Bojangles on the way home from an NC game day. I wish they had one in Richmond. It's yummy!

Yummy is an understatement. Divine is a better statement.

Where is a drooling smiley when you need one?

Now, I'm getting hungry! :p

After eating the sausage biscuit, a BoBerry biscuit, and drinking the Pepsi at 9:00 AM, I am not at all hungry, even though I still have a BoBerry biscuit sitting on my desk (they are 2 for $1.00).

In fact, I should go to the gym. But mostly the sugar-crash part of me just wants to go home and take a nap. Right after I eat the other biscuit, of course.

Should I go home and take a nap, starting my "take better care of myself" tomorrow (I can wake up, go to the gym, buy some healthy grocieries)? I have already graded a stack of papers, which is good for a Friday.

I say that because I have been up for three hours and haven't eaten yet. ;)

Do they have Bojangles in Arizona? Get ya some BoBerry!

(everyone must damage their pancreas as I have done).

I have no idea what Bojangles is but it sounds delicious.

My weakness is Cinna Stix from Domnino's. I've eaten an entire box on more than one occasion. I've regretted it each time but obviously not enough to do it again. That icing in the little plastic tub is amazing. I'd eat it with a spoon.

Bojangles is a cajun-themed fast food chicken place. It's known for its spicy fried chicken, sweet tea, and biscuits. Their biscuits are really good and you can get them any time of day (not just at breakfast time). They are only in the southeast; they don't extend very far north of the "grits line" which is somewhere in southern Virginia. (The grits line being the farthest north you can be guaranteed to find grits instead of hashbrowns at breakfast places).

After today's indulgence, I've decided to try and get back on the healthy eating wagon. It's been much harder to eat well since I've moved to Rock Hill for some reason.

Au contraire. According to the website, they are in MD, PA, & NY. Granted, the majority of them are in the southeast, but they are making steady inroads into the north. By steady, I mean one each in PA & NY. But it's a start. :)

All will succumb to the power of the Bo.
