"First, we heal the lot of you. If the orcs are retreating I can burn through the rest of my energy reserve." Vairar offers
"Then, we help with the strengthening of the manor defenses and checking the surrounding area. Unless of course, lord Darfin has better uses for us? Such as talking to that friend of yours and lady Shalendra?"

Angis watched the others eat the honey and heal up, nodding in approval. He was still beat up, but he had a couple spell slots left. “Sae the fightin’s over, then?” he asked when he heard the orcs were leaving.

“An’ then we deal with Shalendra an’ Titus,” he agreed with a sigh.

While the group distributed the honey, Vairar prayed for healing.
After some time spent in the prayer, Vairar spreads his arms and a gust of refreshing wind smelling of snow goes through the group, refreshing tired muscles, removing scrapes and wounds, and in general feeling invigorating.

"There. Bringer of Rain favors this Silent Rain veteran."

Turning to the lord
"With your permission, lord Darfin, I'd like to follow the orcs and see if I can find more Thayans there. And ask around in the human settlements. If there is a horde stirring, someone will notice the prey going scarce or the livestock missing."

Everyone was feeling much better after Viarar's spell and Darfin's honeycomb. They were able to move out of the pantry, first to the kitchen, and then, when it was discovered that the manor was safe, to the rest of the house.

Shalendra was confined to her room, with Talynen as guard. When the building was confirmed to be secure, the surviving guards accounted for, and all the little things done, Sir Darfin went to the room to interview his sister.

Soon, the servants were informed that it was safe to emerge, and they began to turn the kitchen back to its proper function. The Daggerfordians were left to their own devices, and were welcome to enjoy their own rooms, the library, or the dining hall. Sir Darfin had told Vairar that he had no objection for the priest to join the group in whatever they chose to do next, and promised to share any information that he learned from his sister.
