As you head deeper the trees very rapidly the trees begin to wither and die. You don't have to travel far before you can see the cause of the scraping a set of deer horns that are scraping across the ground they appear to be attached to a mound of dead vegetation shambling towards you with no haste about it you would think that it hasn't even noticed you, past the creature you can see what looks like a old hunting trail.

"Quick, climb the trees. Maybe it hasn't spotted us." Galdar followed his own suggestion, clambering into the nearest tree big enough to hold him.
